Cancellation Policy

If you need to change your plans after payment or if an unforeseen situation occurs, that’s not a problem. We can arrange a new date that suits your schedule better. If this option is not suitable, it is also possible to receive the paid amount in the form of a gift certificate worth the paid amount. This gift certificate is valid for one year from the payment date and can be used for future training sessions, nail salon services, or webshop purchases.
